Measure chest width, torso length, and sleeve length on a flat hoodie you already own. Compare your numbers with the chart below, then choose the size that matches.

All measurements are in inches and centimeters, taken flat across the garment. Use the closest match for a regular fit, or move up one size for an oversized silhouette.

Measure at home
Three steps with a flat hoodie
Measure chest width
Lay the hoodie flat and measure straight across from armpit to armpit. Double the number for the full chest width.
Measure body length
Run the tape from the highest point of the shoulder seam down to the bottom hem.
Measure sleeve length
Measure from the center back neckline over the shoulder seam and down the sleeve to the cuff.
